Hamlin Brothers Meet in England

AN EIGHTH AIR FORCE COMPOSITE STATION, England. —Cpl Fred E. Carson and his brother, S-Sgt. Hubert G. Carson, had their second reunion at this base where Fred is stationed, since Hubert's arrival in the European theatre of operations several months ago.
At the first reunion Fred visited his brother at his B-24 Liberator bomber base and wished him good luck as he watched him take off on his first mission over Europe. Since that first early morning take off a few months ago Sgt. Hubert Carson has completed 14 missions against the enemy. He also wears a decoration as evidence of a presidential citation conferred on the bomb division of which he is a member. This honor was awarded in recognition of the air division's excellent results achieved on a bombing mission over Hanover, Germany.
Fred and Hubert are the sons of Mr. and Mrs. A. T. Carson of McCaulley, Tex. Fred's wife, Mrs. Nona Fay Carson, and two daughters, aged three and five, live in Hamlin, Tex.
